Where did you get those numbers... It would be more like 3.5 - 4 billion to 3.5 - 4 million. You took both genders total and said vs 7 million... You first need to split it in half (a little more women than men) and than do 1000 to 1. But since they were under attack by the demon king, they should have lost women during the initial war so lets lower it to 3 billion to 3 million. And since 20 years past, all the older generations are probably dead and since the childbirth would have tanked, lets lower the female population to 2.5 billion.
